He is passionate about operational excellence, talent management and driving turnarounds. Through his motto ' Create Your Legacy" he inspires his teams to learn, grow and deliver unseen results in every role they take.
He is most proud of his recognition as a Top 100 Great people manager by Forbes India in 2021.
He is married, has 3 kids and tries to stay fit doing Triathlon.
