Sanjay Virmani

Sanjay has 30+ years of work experience in HRBP role with different business vertical of Tata Steel. He is currently responsible for the HRM Delivery Services with additional responsibility as HRBP for Commercial Cluster at Tata Steel.

Broad area of his responsibilities in the current assignment includes Employee Life Cycle management, transitioning transactional/non-core HR processes to Shared Services, Perks & Benefits management and HRBP.

Sanjay is a commerce graduate from Pune University & P G in HRM from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune.
