Discussions focused on ‘best-in-context’ practices, emerging trends, and pathways for Vi’s Shared Services to deliver greater enterprise value.
Ahmedabad | September 2025 – SSF Global Founder Rakesh Sinha, accompanied by his leadership team, visited Vodafone Idea (Vi) Shared Services to deliberate on the current dynamics of the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem and identify opportunities for Vi Shared Services to broaden its strategic scope in support of its parent organization.
The engagement centered on the evolving role of GCCs as enablers of enterprise transformation, innovation, and competitive advantage. Discussions highlighted the need for forward-looking strategies that strengthen Vi’s Shared Services capabilities while aligning with global business priorities.
Mr Sinha presented insights on best and next practices, contextualized for the GCC environment, and outlined emerging trends influencing the sector. He emphasized the importance of conducting a structured assessment to establish a comprehensive view of the current-state operating model (“as-is”), thereby informing a more purposeful and relevant future-state design (“to-be”).
Commenting on the interaction, Rakesh Sinha, Founder & CEO of SSF Global, stated:
“We understand the importance of moving from BP to BP, i.e., Business Process to Business Performance. Capability benchmarking and context-driven practices are essential for centers like Vi’s to maximize their enterprise value and chart a clear path toward future-readiness.
The visit reflects SSF Global’s ongoing commitment to supporting its members with actionable insights, global benchmarks, and collaborative platforms that strengthen the GCC industry’s maturity and impact worldwide.
