AHMEDABAD  | 13th July 2026: US-based J Brrothers LLC has announced the appointment of Vishal N Sharma as its new Head of India Operations. This strategic leadership move marks a significant step in the organization’s global expansion roadmap as it seeks to strengthen its Global Capability Center (GCC) and scale cross-functional support for its international business. Stepping into this vital executive role, Vishal will oversee the development of a centralized operational hub designed to drive agility, efficiency, and continuous business impact.

Vishal brings over two decades of extensive leadership experience spanning marketing, brand transformation, IP monetization, and revenue growth. He joins J Brrothers following a distinguished seven-year tenure at JioStar, where he most recently served as Marketing Director and Head of Marketing for the Gujarati Cluster. His professional background features prominent leadership positions across a diverse range of sectors, including media, telecommunications, pharmaceuticals, and consumer electronics. Throughout his career, Vishal has successfully built and scaled iconic brands at major organizations such as Sun Pharma, Glenmark, Johnson & Johnson, Uninor, Videocon, and OPPO, cultivating deep expertise in strategic planning and enterprise operations.

In his new capacity, Vishal is tasked with seamlessly integrating core business functions, including branding, inventory management, finance, reporting, and data analytics into a high-performing global delivery framework. Beyond operational execution, his leadership philosophy places a strong emphasis on cultivating a highly empowering and collaborative workplace culture.
