28 April, 2026: US-based healthcare technology company Veradigm has announced a major expansion of its Pune operations alongside the appointment of Divesh Singla as Managing Director, India Operations, reinforcing the growing strategic role of India within global healthcare and technology GCC ecosystems.

The expansion marks a significant milestone in Veradigm’s India growth strategy, with the company nearly doubling its Pune office capacity through the addition of a new floor and enhanced collaborative infrastructure. The move reflects increasing enterprise confidence in India as a hub for digital capability, AI-led operations, engineering talent, and global delivery transformation.

In his new role, Divesh will lead Veradigm’s India operations with a mandate to:

His expertise spans operational leadership, transformation programs, global delivery management, and high-performance team building across India and Southeast Asia.

Commenting on the development, Singla noted that India represents a strategic growth market for Veradigm and emphasized his focus on strengthening talent, technology capabilities, and creating a high-performing workplace ecosystem in Pune.
