14 August 2026: United Foods Company has appointed Nitin Mogha as its new Head of HR Shared Services, SAP, Operations & Total Rewards. In this role, he will manage the company’s core human resources operations, technology infrastructure, and compensation frameworks.

Taking on this comprehensive mandate, Nitin will lead the development and execution of HR shared services, focusing on process optimization and system integration through SAP. His responsibilities encompass the design, implementation, and management of the company’s Total Rewards programs, ensuring structured and competitive compensation and benefits across the organization.

Prior to joining United Foods Company, Nitin served as Director of HR at Cresco Real Estate LLC in Dubai. He brings over 17 years of experience in human resources, having worked as an independent consultant with Equitane focusing on HR transformation, and holding key leadership roles at AB Mauri, Jakson Group, and Jubilant FoodWorks. Throughout his career, he has built scalable HR processes, managed regional rewards strategies, and utilized technology to improve HR service delivery across the Middle East, Africa, and SSEA markets.
