7 September 2026: Sutherland has appointed Sanjay Arora as its new Global Business Head – Technology. In this role, he will manage the company’s technology business operations, focusing on the adoption of AI, digital transformation, and technology-led business models to support client objectives.

He has brought over 25 years of experience across the BPO, Technology, and Consulting sectors, with a specific focus on the Technology, Media & Entertainment, and Health & Life Sciences industries. Prior to joining Sutherland, he held senior leadership positions at Tech Mahindra, Infosys BPM, Arvato Bertelsmann, Accenture, and American Express. In these roles, he managed global operations, guided growth strategies, and directed large-scale business transformations for Fortune 500 clients.
