21 September 2026: Solinas Integrity, a deep-tech robotics and artificial intelligence company, has appointed Gangapriya Chakraverti as an Independent Director. In this role, she will provide strategic guidance, governance oversight, and independent counsel as the company scales its pipeline inspection and sanitation technologies across domestic and international markets.

Taking on this mandate, Gangapriya brings over three decades of leadership experience in human resources, organizational development, and large-scale operations. She currently serves as India Site Head and Managing Director of Ford Business Solutions, where she leads a Global Business Services organization of over 12,000 professionals in Chennai. Prior to joining Ford in 2012, she spent over 15 years at Mercer Consulting, leading its Compensation Information and Consulting Practice in India. She began her career with the Murugappa Group.
