Building The Next Generation of Work Management Software

This is a place where you innovate. This is the place where you deliver. This center will be a central source of AI innovation for the company. We are intentionally building this hub as a multi-functional powerhouse anchored in AI-first operating principles.”

Teams at the hub will contribute across multiple functions, including:

  • Product management and software engineering
  • User experience (UX) design
  • Cybersecurity and enterprise IT
  • Data engineering and AI development

A major focus of expansion is building an intelligent data layer that connects enterprise systems and enables automated workflows across organizations. This capability forms the foundation of Smartsheet’s broader strategy to deliver AI-native productivity tools for large enterprises.
