Bengaluru | June, 2026: Akhilesh Kohli has been appointed Senior Vice President at Siemens. Bringing nearly three decades of global leadership experience, he joins the engineering and technology company as industrial and technology ecosystems expand their operations and digital capabilities.

Akhilesh brings an extensive track record in macro-operational governance, enterprise restructuring, and large-scale shared services transformation. Prior to joining Siemens, he served as the Managing Director of GBS LLP and Vice President – Head of APAC Global Business Services at Philips, where he managed a $300 million operations P&L covering large-scale transitions across finance, analytics, and IT services

Looking forward to the journey, Akhilesh shared:

“I’m pleased to share that I’ve joined Siemens Global Business Services as Senior Vice President and will assume the role of Head of GBS Asia Pacific by October 1, 2026. I will also take on the responsibility of CFO for Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited effective November 1, 2026.
