June 2026: Randstad Enterprise has announced the appointment of Preety Agrawal as its new Global Head of Sourcing and India GBS Head. This strategic, dual-leadership mandate reinforces the global talent solutions organization’s focus on closely aligning its worldwide talent acquisition strategies with the robust operational infrastructure of its Global Business Services (GBS) operations in India.

Bringing over two decades of global leadership experience, Preety has built deep expertise across talent acquisition, recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), sourcing strategy, operational excellence, and business capability development. Prior to joining Randstad Enterprise, she served as Head of Talent Acquisition – APAC at AMS and previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer – QX Recruiting Services at QX Global Group. Her extensive executive background also includes successfully leading large-scale workforce transformation and sourcing programs across global markets through senior leadership positions at KellyOCG, TeamLease Services Limited, and Elixir Consulting.

In her expanded capacity, Preety will be responsible for spearheading overarching global sourcing initiatives while simultaneously directing shared services transformation and capability development across the company’s India operations. Her operational focus will center on building scalable, enterprise-wide sourcing models and standardizing global talent workflows.
