To this strategic mandate, Manas brings more than 25 years of distinguished leadership experience spanning healthcare, life sciences, financial services, and technology consulting. Prior to joining the enterprise, he spent over four years at Vertex Pharmaceuticals, most recently serving as Senior Director of Business Engagement and Technology for Commercial IT, as well as Senior Director of US Patient Services.

His career trajectory includes roles as Principal Director of Life Sciences at LTI (Larsen & Toubro Infotech) and a seven-year tenure as Client Partner & Director of Life Sciences at Cognizant, where he worked on AI-powered intelligent search, Software-as-Medical-Device (SaMD) initiatives, and advanced analytics. His foundational expertise was built through prominent leadership positions at Infosys, IBM Global Business Services, Calypso Technology, and a nearly nine-year tenure at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).

Taking command of the firm’s AI-driven enterprise product strategy, Manas steps into a mandate focused on driving tangible, real-world impact.
