8 September 2026: Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) has appointed Swapnil Deshmukh as its new Head of Operations. Based on Pune, he will manage the company’s business operations, enterprise governance, process excellence, platform transformation, and office experience.

Taking on this mandate, Swapnil will focus on building the operating model required for the organization’s next phase of growth. His responsibilities include strengthening operating rhythms, improving visibility, and creating operational frameworks to enable sustainable scaling with consistency and agility.

He has over two decades of experience spanning operations, business transformation, strategy execution, and digital modernization. Prior to joining OGS, he served as an Associate Partner at KPMG India, where he led the national Digital Government Advisory practice and managed large-scale digital transformation and enterprise resource planning initiatives. His career also includes leadership and advisory roles at EY, Larsen & Toubro, Zycus, and Raj Technologies.

By aligning operational frameworks with business strategy, his role will center on simplifying complexity, driving disciplined execution, and supporting OGS’s continuous capability expansion and service delivery.
