30 September 2026: Noratel has appointed Shahwaz Ahmed Khan as its new Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific (SVP APAC). In this elevated executive role, he will manage the company’s business operations across the region and formally join the Noratel Group Leadership Team (GLT).

Taking on this mandate, Shahwaz will oversee the performance, strategic expansion, and further development of Noratel’s business footprint across the Asia-Pacific markets.

He has over two decades of leadership experience spanning P&L management, business growth, sales, project and product management, and manufacturing operations. He originally joined Noratel in October 2025 as Managing Director of Noratel India. During his tenure, he led the regional business through a significant development phase, most notably directing the successful transition to the company’s newly inaugurated manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.

Reflecting on his new responsibilities, he stated: “I am honoured to take on the responsibility of SVP APAC at Noratel. This is an exciting opportunity to build on the strong foundation established across the region and accelerate our next phase of growth. Asia-Pacific offers significant opportunities, and I believe our success will come from combining our global capabilities with local market understanding, while fostering closer collaboration across countries and teams.”

By combining his strong foundation in large-scale manufacturing operations with deep regional market expertise, his leadership will center on driving operational excellence, building high-performing teams, and accelerating Noratel’s commercial growth across the APAC region.
