June 2026: NielsenIQ (NIQ) has announced the appointment of Poornima Subramanian as its India GCC HR Leader, an internal elevation that reinforces the consumer intelligence company’s focus on talent strategy as it scales its Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations in the region.
Bringing nearly two decades of human resources experience, Poornima has built deep expertise across talent management, workforce planning, HR technology, and organizational development. Prior to this promotion, she served as Associate Director of HR at NielsenIQ for over four years.
