June 2026: ManpowerGroup has announced the appointment of Anil Yadav as its new Head of Global Business Services (GBS). Based in Amsterdam, this strategic leadership addition reinforces the global workforce solutions giant’s focus on modernizing its operational infrastructure and driving enterprise-wide digital transformation.

Anil joins ManpowerGroup following an impactful seven-year tenure at Philips, where he most recently served as SVP, Head of Enterprise Transformation (CoE) & Global Capability Centers (GCC) in Amsterdam and previously managed a 5,000-strong global GBS workforce spanning four continents. With over two decades of experience driving large-scale digital transformation and global shared services, his career also includes senior operational and leadership roles at heavyweights like Novartis, HP, Capital One, and Genpact.

Tasked with overseeing ManpowerGroup’s expansive operations, Anil will now lead the mandate to evolve the company’s shared service models into a highly agile, technology-driven ecosystem.

Reflecting on his new role and the strategic road ahead, Anil shared:
