JLL has strengthened its India footprint with the launch of a new 120,000 sq. ft. office facility in Hyderabad’s Financial District. Housed across two floors of the Prestige Sky Tech building, this center will operate under JLL Business Services (JBS) and is expected to generate over 1,600 high-skill jobs by Q1 2026. It becomes JLL’s second major capability center in India, following Gurugram.
The Hyderabad hub represents a shift from traditional shared services to advanced, value-driven operations. It will support global consulting and decision-making through analytics, technology-enabled solutions, and strategic advisory services across finance, HR, project development, lease administration, and other complex processes. Once operational, the center will be part of JLL’s global shared services network spanning six countries and employing more than 6,000 professionals, with India hosting the majority.
Designed with modern workplace principles, the facility will feature collaborative hybrid spaces, LEED-certified sustainability elements, wellness amenities, and flexible layouts aligned with workforce preferences. The expansion highlights India’s growing role in high-value functions such as AI, R&D, and global business operations. By choosing Hyderabad, JLL reinforces its long-term commitment to India as a strategic innovation and delivery hub within the rapidly expanding GCC ecosystem.
