June 2026: Integreon, a leading global provider of technology-enabled legal and business solutions, has officially announced the appointment of Krishna Nacha as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This strategic leadership move aligns with the company’s focus on accelerating its domain-led, AI-forward growth strategy to support corporate legal departments and professional services organizations globally.

Bringing more than 30 years of global leadership experience, Krishna has built a distinguished career spanning business process outsourcing, technology services, and information management. He joins Integreon following a tenure at Iron Mountain, where he served as Head of Americas, overseeing revenue portfolio. His extensive executive background also includes serving as Head of Enterprise Business Process Services at Wipro, managing a global business unit, alongside senior commercial and operational roles at EXL Service, Capgemini, Infosys, and Unilever.

As CEO, Krishna will spearhead Integreon’s efforts to integrate advanced artificial intelligence workflows with its deep domain expertise, helping clients modernize and optimize critical business functions at scale. His operational mandate centers on delivering high-velocity, technology-enabled results across a rapidly transforming legal services market.
