25 September 2026: HCA Healthcare – India has appointed Mallet E. as its new Head of Human Resources. In this role, Mallet will manage the organization’s enterprise human resources strategy, workforce planning, and talent management initiatives as the center continues to operate as an innovation and operational hub for HCA Healthcare.

Taking on this mandate, Mallet will focus on partnering with business stakeholders on people priorities, driving strategic HR execution, and building organizational capabilities across the company’s India operations.

Mallet brings nearly 20 years of experience in human resources and talent management, joining the organization after a tenure of more than 19 years at Deloitte in Hyderabad. Most recently, Mallet served as Vice President – Senior Talent Business Advisor (Human Resources), overseeing strategic HR and project management. Throughout nearly two decades at Deloitte, Mallet progressed through several leadership and operational positions, including five years as Associate Vice President – Talent Business Advisor, as well as roles as Executive Manager, Manager, Assistant Manager – Talent Delivery, Senior Analyst, and Analyst – Talent Management. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2007, Mallet gained early professional experience through internships at HSBC Global Technology India in Pune and JPMorgan Chase in Bengaluru.

By transitioning extensive institutional experience in talent advisory, workforce planning, and talent delivery into the healthcare sector, Mallet’s leadership will center on scaling HR operations and supporting HCA Healthcare – India’s long-term business objectives.
