MAY 2026: Vineet Dwivedi has taken charge as the new Senior Vice President, Gilead Capabilities Centers at Gilead Sciences. His appointment comes at a time when global life sciences enterprises are expanding their capability centers beyond transactional delivery into strategic hubs for analytics, AI‑enabled operations, and enterprise innovation.

Vineet brings over 25 years of experience in building and leading global capability centers across life sciences, medical devices, engineering, and manufacturing. His career includes senior leadership roles at Alcon Global Services and ABB Global Business Services, where he focused on scaling operations, embedding Lean Six Sigma practices, and driving enterprise transformation.

In his new role, Vineet will oversee Gilead’s global GCC footprint, with a focus on strengthening enterprise integration, governance maturity, and transformation accountability to support the company’s evolving operating model.

Sharing his perspective, Vineet noted: “My purpose has always been to create a healthier world for all people. At Gilead, I look forward to building capability centers that not only deliver efficiency but also drive innovation, resilience, and meaningful impact across the enterprise.”
