June 2026: Roche has announced the appointment of Gayatri Khanchandani as its RDT (Roche Digital Technology) Site Head for Hyderabad and Pune. This strategic leadership expansion reinforces the global healthcare pioneer’s commitment to scaling its digital capabilities and technology footprint in India, closely following the launch of its new Digital Technology Hub in Hyderabad.

Bringing more than 26 years of leadership experience across the Health Sciences and Financial Services domains, Gayatri has built deep expertise in technology implementation, Global Business Services (GBS), and strategic business transformation. Prior to taking on this expanded, dual-location mandate, she successfully served as the Pune Site Head for Informatics at the Roche Digital Center of Excellence. Throughout her extensive career across global capability centers (GCCs) and technology services, she has specialized in establishing high-performing shared services, driving large-scale organizational change, and overseeing cross-functional global teams spanning Quality, Finance, and Innovation. She is also a recognized advocate for diversity, actively mentoring and coaching women in technology.
