Consilio has launched its new Global Capability Centre in Bangalore, named Taara — a Hindi word meaning “star” – marking a major step in the company’s expansion in India. The centre strengthens Consilio’s focus on innovation, talent development, and growth in legal technology and enterprise legal services. Taara will serve as a multidisciplinary hub where engineers, data scientists, and legal professionals collaborate on advanced solutions, particularly in artificial intelligence (AI) applied to legal challenges. The Bangalore facility includes collaborative workspaces, training rooms, and amenities designed to foster creativity and productivity.
This launch builds on Consilio’s existing presence across multiple Indian cities, including Bangalore, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, and Pune. In 2025, the company has expanded its India workforce by over 250 new professionals, bringing total headcount in the country to more than 1,400. Of those, around 500 will be based at Taara. The centre also supports Consilio’s campus recruitment efforts, welcoming graduates from top regional schools and giving them opportunities to work with Fortune 100 companies and leading law firms. Through Taara, Consilio aims to reinforce India’s role as a strategic hub for talent and innovation in legal technology and AI.
