April 28, 2026: As the “GCC-as-a-Service” model gains traction, Coforge has bolstered its leadership by appointing Sudhakar Sanivarapu as VP and GCC Delivery Head.
Bringing 25 years of BFS expertise, including long-standing tenure at Broadridge Financial Solutions, Sudhakar is positioned to bridge the gap between third-party service delivery and captive-style intimacy.
His role is focused towards a ‘collaborative’ solution, clients seeking a “hybrid” model, where external partners provide not just people, process and technology, but also the specialized governance required to run a GCC operation and complete ecosystem.
Sudhakar summarised the evolving relationship between service providers and GCCs:
