June 2026: Quintes Global, an organization specializing in end-to-end Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Global Business Services (GBS) setup and transformation, has announced the appointment of Chandan Kumar Radhakrishna as its new Vice President – GCC Business & Services.

Over the past two decades, Chandan has worked across the GCC ecosystem with organizations such as NASSCOM, Everest Group, and Stanton Chase, partnering with global enterprises on GCC strategy, business growth, leadership advisory, and market expansion. At Quintes, Chandan joins the leadership team to drive specialized capability models and business growth.

In all his previous roles, Chandan’s core mandate involved advising global multinational corporations on complex outsourcing structures and GCC/ shared services strategy. He has deep expertise in analyzing shifting market trends and translating them into actionable, data-driven insights. This strategic guidance has been instrumental in helping both established enterprises and rapidly scaling GCCs navigate large-scale operational transformations and meticulously refine their broader business and delivery strategies.

In his new executive capacity at Quintes Global, Chandan will be responsible for spearheading GCC capability development and business expansion. His operational mandate will focus on engaging with enterprise clients, building robust service delivery frameworks, and accelerating the transformation of traditional enterprise functions into high-impact global capability centers.
