To this advisory position, Adarsh brings a formidable 32-year track record in financial services, large-scale lending, and enterprise transformation. He currently holds significant overarching roles as the President of the Investment Vertical and Governing Body Member at the BRICS Chamber of Commerce & Industry (BRICS CCI), and as Co-Founder, Managing Director & CEO of the AI-enabled global business services firm Flamingo Infinite. His extensive corporate pedigree features prominent tenures as the COO of Tata Motors Finance Group, alongside senior executive positions at Tata Capital, Bajaj Finance, Citigroup, and GMAC. Beyond corporate strategy, his leadership footprint extends to academia and healthcare, serving on the Board of the FORE School of Management and as Chairman of the NGO PATUT.

Steering the platform’s next era of market penetration, Adarsh will directly counsel the executive leadership team on overarching corporate strategy, institutional alliances, and digital transformation. His expert oversight will be highly instrumental in driving sustainable value creation and guiding the firm’s footprint expansion throughout India and into targeted international markets.
