June 2026: Coty has appointed Annick Leeuwenberg to the position of Global Senior HR Director – Transformation, operating out of Amsterdam. In this role, she will direct internal organizational restructuring, cross-functional talent deployment, and global workforce planning to align human capital with the company’s broader operational changes.

Her role involves overseeing structural redesigns across international business units, establishing data-driven leadership frameworks, and managing the human resources strategy linked to the expansion of the company’s commercial and digital infrastructure.

Annick moves into the position after serving as Coty’s Senior HR Director for Finance, IT, and Global Business Services (GBS), where she managed the HR agenda for the enterprise’s central corporate operations and advised the global financial and technology leadership teams. Her prior professional background includes directing executive succession tracking and leadership data models within the United Nations Leadership Support Section, alongside foundational experience in change management consulting at Accenture.
