Anjali Satam has been named Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at ACG World, where she will lead the company’s technology strategy to accelerate digital growth and transformation. Satam brings around 20 years of experience in driving technology innovation and digital transformation across large enterprises. In her new role, she will focus on aligning technology initiatives with ACG World’s long-term business goals, strengthening digital capabilities and improving operational efficiency.
Before joining ACG World, Satam served as Head of Technology Engineering at IKS Health. There she modernized legacy systems and helped transition custom applications into scalable healthcare products. Her work included enhancing automation, optimizing costs, and improving clinician workflows through AI-driven solutions.
Previously, she held leadership roles at Tata Digital, where she was instrumental in integrating Tata brands into the Tata Neu ecosystem. In that role, she tackled issues like payment failures and customer drop-offs, boosted omnichannel integration and financial services, and contributed to tripling platform gross merchandise value.
Known as a digital-first leader, Satam believes in tying digital strategy closely to business outcomes, driving process excellence and fostering scalable innovation to fuel growth.
