Aeries Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: AERT) announced that its nearshore Global Capability Center (GCC) in Guadalajara, Mexico has delivered more than $20 million in cumulative client cost savings since opening, now in its third year of operation. The center employs 125 professionals who provide technical support, onboarding, data operations, and training services around the clock for a major enterprise software client. This nearshore model helps U.S. enterprises lower operational costs, accelerate service delivery, and retain strategic and data control by leveraging skilled talent close to home.

Aeries is expanding this nearshore approach across industries as demand grows for cost-efficient and scalable support solutions. This expansion includes broadening its AI-enabled GCC network to drive stronger margins and generate new revenue streams. Industry analysts predict significant growth in the nearshore services sector through the next decade, with Mexico’s proximity to the U.S., strong talent pool, and trade agreements (such as USMCA) positioning Aeries well to capture market share.

The press release also highlights Aeries’ focus on workforce development and its role in global business transformation through AI-powered services, reinforcing its position as a leader in nearshore delivery models.
