May 4, 2026:Adobe is redefining the scope of its India operations with the appointment of Manoj Nagpal’s to lead its Global Delivery Center and Shared Services.

Manoj, previously serving as the Managing Director of OpenText India, brings a veteran’s perspective to Adobe’s “Shared Services 2.0” vision. In his current avatar, his focus moves beyond back-office efficiency toward End-to-End Value Stream Management, where India center becomes a direct contributor to global customer success and SaaS product stability in an experience-driven economy. 

Manoj pointed toward the shift in how Adobe views its global service hubs:

I am eager to lead this team as we move toward a more integrated, value-driven shared services model that supports our global customers and helps them get the most out of our digital experience tools.”
