Ahmedabad | 13th July 2026: Adani Green Energy, India’s growing renewable energy companies, has announced the appointment of Poly Singh Arora as their new Chief People Officer. This strategic leadership addition is in line with the organization’s commitment to scaling the human capital capabilities, fostering leadership development, and building a high-performance culture as it rapidly expands its clean energy footprint.

To this mandate, Poly will bring a formidable pedigree in human resources and organizational development. With over 23 years of HR leadership experience, she has driven talent strategies across highly complex sectors, including aviation, telecommunications, global shared services, and corporate operations. Prior to joining Adani Green, she served as HR Head at Mumbai International Airport Limited (CSMIA), where she spearheaded comprehensive HR transformation initiatives, managed large-scale workforce operations, and aligned talent strategies with overarching business goals. Previously she has worked at VFS Global, Vodafone India, and Excel Callnet, according to resources, and holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Punjabi University, Patiala.

The appointment comes as Adani Green Energy scales its clean-energy portfolio. The company recently reached 20 GW of operational renewable energy capacity and is targeting 50 GW by 2030. It added more than 5 GW of capacity during FY2025-26, the pace at which its operating footprint and talent requirements are expanding. Poly is tasked with architecting a robust talent strategy tailored to the unique demands and rapid scale of the renewable energy sector. Her core focus will center on leadership capability building, enhancing workforce resilience, and driving deep organizational transformation to support Adani Green’s ambitious business objectives.
