26 September 2026: IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) has appointed Sudeep Anurag as its new Director – HR Analytics and Transformation. In this role, he will manage the airline’s people analytics and HR transformation agenda, focusing on workforce strategy, data integration, and organizational development.

Taking on this mandate, Sudeep will focus on utilizing data, artificial intelligence, and workforce insights to optimize talent planning, streamline operating models, and align human capital initiatives with IndiGo’s broader business operations.

He brings more than 15 years of experience across people analytics, HR transformation, consulting, and technology. Prior to joining IndiGo, he spent approximately four years at Deloitte, progressing from Manager to Associate Director. In that capacity, he led Human Capital transformation and growth initiatives spanning AI and GenAI in HR, workforce planning, skills-based organization design, job architecture, and data strategy. Earlier, he spent nearly four years with Bain & Company, advancing to Manager within the Global People Analytics team, where he managed employee engagement reporting, recruitment analytics, DEI, and attrition insights. His career also includes over three years as a Senior Consulting Analyst at Aon Hewitt, focusing on benchmarking, leadership assessments, and competency frameworks. He began his career at Cognizant Technology Solutions, spending five years in Programmer Analyst and Associate – Analytics roles.
