8 September 2026: Pivot Path, a technology-led life sciences business, has appointed Mukta Arora as an Independent Director on its Board. In this role, she will provide strategic guidance, governance oversight, and independent perspectives to support the company’s focus on using technology and domain expertise to address operational and compliance challenges for global pharma organizations.
Taking on this mandate, Mukta brings extensive experience in building and scaling global capability centers (GCCs), managing regulated operations, and driving cross-border initiatives. She currently serves as Managing Director of Astellas Pharma’s Global Capability Centre. Her previous leadership roles include establishing the Innovation and Alliance Centre at Elanco and setting up the Lilly Capability Centre India during her tenure at Eli Lilly. Her operational background spans FDA audits, EMA requirements, major product launches, validated processes, and strategic alliances.
Beyond her corporate roles, she has held industry-level board positions with organizations including OPPI, CII, NASSCOM, and the Biotechnology Vision Group.
Her appointment aligns with Pivot Path’s evolution from its origins as ArcoLab an internal capability engine within Strides Pharma, into an independent entity. By drawing on her experience in managing regulatory complexity and implementing solutions across markets, her role will center on supporting Pivot Path’s strategic direction and global capability initiatives.
