9 September 2026: Bhartiya Converge has appointed Eric Pagdiwalla as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). In this role, he will manage the company’s Consulting, Business Services, and Customer Success charter, focusing on strengthening capabilities to support global enterprises in establishing and scaling Global Capability Centers (GCCs) in India.

Taking on this mandate, Eric has over 25 years of experience in building organizations, transforming operating models, and managing global teams. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President and Head of the GCC Practice at Persistent Systems, where he managed the company’s GCC strategy and operations.

Prior to this, he spent nearly three years at ANSR as Managing Director – Client Success, focusing on service delivery and global client management within the GCC ecosystem. His career also includes serving as Associate Vice President – Transformation at Ascena Retail Group, where he led Business Services and Data Science teams in Bengaluru. Earlier, he spent over 13 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in multiple leadership roles spanning digital selling innovation, global business services, process improvement, and outsourcing services strategy, managing distributed teams across India, Poland, and Mexico. He began his career as a Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam before transitioning into consulting with KPMG Advisory Services.
