22 August 2026: Cytiva has appointed Prakash Thonthanahal as Director – Finance (FP&A) CoE.,

Based in Bengaluru, Prakash will manage finance transformation, FP&A operations, enterprise planning, and large-scale program execution. Operating within a center-of-excellence model, his responsibilities include driving standardization, automation, and business partnering to support forecasting, control, and strategic decision-making.

Prior to joining Cytiva, he spent nearly seven years at AB InBev India in various finance transformation and leadership roles. Most recently, he served as India Project Lead, managing finance control and governance following SAP implementations. He also led the SAP S/4HANA rollout across 38 business processes for the region. Previously, as Tower Lead for FP&A at AB InBev GCC India, he managed the transition of approximately 200 FP&A roles and established the associated operating models. He began his career at Accenture, where he handled FP&A, transition management, and financial operations for clients including AB InBev, Hess Corporation, and BP.

By combining finance leadership with technology-enabled process redesign, his role will center on advancing data-driven financial decision-making and supporting integrated finance operating models across Cytiva’s business operations.
