This executive addition highlights the organization’s dedication to optimizing its worldwide delivery models and meeting the increasingly complex, borderless demands of the modern consulting landscape.

In this key capacity, Irvinder will take the helm of the firm’s enterprise-wide capability strategies. His core mandate centers on accelerating operational scale, fostering continuous innovation across various global capability hubs, and establishing rigorous new benchmarks for customer experience (CX) and solution delivery.

To this ambitious mandate, Irvinder brings a formidable pedigree in global enterprise operations, capability building, and organizational transformation. Prior this he was in building multiple capabilities and verticals for Alvarez & Marsal at their GCC in India. His extensive leadership career also includes serving as the Senior Director of Global Business Services and Office Head for India at Bain & Company, where he led an operation of members spanning critical offshore functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Technology. Furthermore, his strategic consulting background features a robust tenure as Director of Financial Services Advisory for the Africa, India, and Middle East regions at EY.

Reflecting on his new role and the shifting dynamics of the industry, Irvinder noted that modern business challenges demand rapid, cohesive, and cross-border solutions.
