Hyderabad | 7th July 2026: Kenneth Vamshi has stepped into a major leadership role at State Street Corporation, joining the company as Managing Director and Global Capability Center (GCC) Site Leader based in Hyderabad. State Street is an American financial services firm managing trillions in institutional assets. In this dual capacity, he serves as the Head of Client & Product Profitability, Return on Capital (ROC) while driving the operational strategy for State Street’s high-growth GCC hub.

In his new capacity, Kenneth will be leading complex financial transformations, optimising capital efficiency, and overseeing cross-functional site operations, embedding resilient, high-performance capability models across the firm’s strategic finance functions.

To this mandate, Kenneth brings an exceptional pedigree in enterprise operations and digital transformation. With over two decades of experience in establishing and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into true engines of enterprise growth. Prior to joining State Street, he served as Senior Vice President at HSBC, where he spearheaded Digital Finance Visualisation and Global Operations Transformation. During his impactful tenure, he architected Centres of Excellence across four global hubs and successfully led the Hyderabad GCC with a team of over 550 professionals. Known for translating complex global strategy into scalable local execution, his expertise is further sharpened by his recent completion of the LATITUDe Executive Leadership Program at the Indian School of Business (ISB).
