June 2026: Reckitt has announced the appointment of Aditi Bajaj as its new Head of Talent Acquisition – South Asia, a strategic leadership move designed to strengthen the company’s regional capability-building agenda as it aggressively expands its talent footprint across key markets.

Bringing extensive experience spanning both corporate and consulting environments, Aditi has built deep expertise in human resources strategy, strategic hiring, and building scalable recruitment ecosystems. Prior to joining Reckitt, she held key HR and talent acquisition leadership roles at major multinational organizations, including PepsiCo, Vodafone, and Grant Thornton India LLP. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment strategies, strengthening leadership, hiring pipelines, and driving large-scale talent initiatives across diverse business functions.

In her new executive capacity, Bajaj will spearhead the overarching talent acquisition strategy for the entire South Asian region. Her operational role includes overseeing enterprise hiring frameworks, driving leadership recruitment, and elevating the organization’s employer branding. Furthermore, she will direct comprehensive workforce planning and cultivate strategic talent partnerships to ensure Reckitt’s talent pipeline aligns seamlessly with its commercial objectives.

Reflecting on her new journey ahead, Bajaj shared:

“What excites me most is the opportunity to contribute to two important growth stories at the same time: supporting the continued success of the South Asia commercial business while helping build and scale a world-class Global Business Services presence in India. Different missions. One shared goal: bringing exceptional talent into the organisation and creating the hiring capabilities, experiences, and standards that enable people and businesses to thrive. There’s a lot to build, a lot to learn, and (hopefully) a lot to celebrate along the way.”
