June 2026: Randstad has announced the appointment of Nittin Trehan as Senior Director – Head of Finance Capability Center for its India Global Capability Centre (GCC), reinforcing the talent giant’s strategic reliance on India to anchor its global financial operations.
Bringing deep expertise in corporate finance and global shared services, Nittin has built a robust professional background across the banking and human capital sectors. Throughout his career, he has held significant financial leadership and operational roles at major multinational organizations, including ManpowerGroup, Bank of America, and HSBC.
In his new role, Nittin will take on a massive operational mandate, leading multi-country finance operations across 30 countries. He will be responsible for supporting the financial infrastructure of the world’s largest talent company, which currently partners with 180,000 clients and places 1.7 million people annually. His leadership will focus heavily on driving the next chapter of enterprise finance transformation, standardizing governance, and accelerating automation.
