MAY 2026: Bhavani Pandi has taken charge as the new Head of People & Culture for India at Mattel. Her appointment comes at a time when consumer brands are adjusting their workplace strategies to balance growth with creative, collaborative environments.

Bhavani brings a varied HR background to the role, having spent the last six years as the Country People Partner at TriNet. Her experience also includes building human resources frameworks and managing talent operations during previous tenures at Genesys and Cognizant.
