19, May 2026: Canadian insurance and finance company Sun Life has appointed Bianca Ilibasic as Managing Director of Sun Life Global Solutions (SLGS), its global capability centre operating across India and the Philippines.

Bianca previously served as Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Sun Life Asia. In her new role, she will lead multi-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Analytics, Actuarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance, supporting Sun Life’s operations across 28 markets.

During her tenure in Asia, Bianca led initiatives focused on straight-through processing, digital adoption, and AI roadmap development aimed at enabling scalable business outcomes and shared enterprise platforms. Bianca’s appointment marks a defining moment for SLGS, strengthening its role as a strategic engine for enterprise value and global operations.
