Chennai | 11 March 2026: US healthcare technology firm TruBridge has launched a Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Chennai, strengthening its global delivery infrastructure for Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services. Developed in partnership with Zinnov, the facility will support hospitals and healthcare systems worldwide by improving financial operations tied to medical billing, reimbursement, and revenue integrity.

TruBridge is a healthcare solutions provider dedicated to “clearing the way for care” by helping rural, critical access, and community hospitals achieve financial and operational stability. With over 45 years of experience and a client base of more than 1,500 organizations, the firm specializes in tailored Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), medical coding technology, and Electronic Health Record (EHR) solutions. A key innovation is its nTrust program, a flexible shared-risk model that eliminates upfront costs by tying service fees directly to a percentage of collections. TruBridge continues to modernize rural care delivery through strategic initiatives like the integration of Microsoft Dragon Copilot for advanced clinical documentation.

Strengthening Revenue Cycle Operations

The Chennai GCC will focus on operational and technology capabilities that support healthcare providers in managing the full revenue lifecycle, from insurance verification to payment recovery.

Initial service lines include:

• Accounts Receivable (A/R) management
• Medical coding
• Insurance verification and claims processing

By centralizing these functions, TruBridge aims to help hospitals improve cash flow visibility, billing accuracy, and reimbursement efficiency, particularly for community and rural healthcare providers.

The centre will also operate within a follow-the-sun delivery structure, allowing TruBridge teams across time zones to maintain continuous operational coverage

Strategic Outlook

Chennai’s strong healthcare technology, financial services, and medical coding talent ecosystem positions it as a natural hub for global RCM operations. TruBridge has launched the centre with an initial team of 57 professionals, with plans to scale over the next 12–18 months as capabilities expand across automation, analytics, and digital revenue management.
