Bengaluru | 25 February 2026: Palo Alto Networks, a global cybersecurity company, has expanded its Bengaluru operations with a new engineering and collaboration facility designed to support the company’s growing product development and innovation activities.

The expansion adds more than 500 seats across two dedicated floors and strengthens Bengaluru’s role in the company’s global engineering network responsible for building AI-enabled cybersecurity platforms and digital security solutions.

Palo Alto Networks is the world’s leading cybersecurity partner, dedicated to helping organizations defend at speed and scale through its comprehensive platformization strategy. Powered by proprietary Precision AI, the company unifies traditionally siloed security functions across its Strata, Prisma, and Cortex platforms to provide AI-ready infrastructure and autonomous security operations. To lead the next generation of security, the firm recently completed the acquisition of CyberArk to redefine identity security. Palo Alto Networks blocks over 30 billion inline attacks daily while scanning 480 billion endpoints to proactively prevent sophisticated threats in real-time

Expanding Infrastructure for Cybersecurity Engineering

Key features of the expanded workspace include:

  • Advanced training and development centers for engineering teams
  • Collaboration zones designed for product and research teams
  • A 450-seat town hall space for company-wide sessions and knowledge sharing
  • Dedicated areas for technical learning and workforce development

A major focus of expansion is building an intelligent data layer that connects enterprise systems and enables automated workflows across organizations. This capability forms the foundation of Smartsheet’s broader strategy to deliver AI-native productivity tools for large enterprises.

The new facility has also been designed to support workforce expansion and employee development.

“Our new workspace is designed to support team growth at scale, enhance the employee experience, and enable the next phase of hiring and job creation in India.
