Early-stage venture capital firm NuVentures has made an undisclosed investment in ClayWorks, a Bengaluru-based provider of sustainable and design-led workspace solutions. The funding will help ClayWorks expand its enterprise-focused and Global Capability Center (GCC)-ready workspaces across the city.
Founded in 2017 by Rahul Singh and Abhijith Shashidhar, ClayWorks specializes in eco-friendly, human-centric office environments that align with modern hybrid work models and corporate ESG requirements. The company currently operates 16 centers in Bengaluru, offering over 13,500 seats across more than one million square feet of workspace.
ClayWorks is projecting revenues of INR 100 crore in the current financial year, driven by strong demand from large enterprises and global teams. With the new investment, the company aims to scale faster and reach close to INR 200 crore in annual revenue over the next year by expanding its GCC-ready footprint.
NuVentures highlighted the growing need for flexible, sustainable office spaces, noting that traditional office models are becoming obsolete. Recently, ClayWorks launched new centers in Whitefield and Electronic City, with clients such as OneAdvanced India and Practo recognizing its focus on sustainability, flexibility, and operational efficiency.
