BHIVE Workspace has opened a large new co-working centre in Bengaluru to meet surging demand for flexible workspaces from corporates, enterprises and global capability centres. The facility, located at Sattva Premia in Bellandur on the Outer Ring Road, offers over 2,000 desks across approximately 100,000 square feet, marking one of the company’s significant expansions in the city. This centre enhances BHIVE’s footprint in Bengaluru’s business corridor and aims to provide premium, accessible workspace solutions for teams of all sizes.
The launch reflects broader trends in flexible office adoption as companies increasingly shift toward hybrid work models and seek high-quality spaces without long-term real estate commitments. BHIVE has taken the space on lease from Sattva Group and positioned the new centre with strong connectivity, including easy access to HSR and future metro lines.
Founded in 2014, BHIVE operates dozens of centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai, and this latest opening underlines its strategic growth strategy in India’s largest tech and startup markets. The new centre targets mid-to large-sized teams, offering them a scalable office option in a premium location.
