Bengaluru | October 2025: Netsmart has unveiled a new office in Bengaluru, a strategic expansion designed to deepen its software engineering capacity and propel its global growth in healthcare technology.

Located at the Godrej Centre in Hebbal, the facility will serve as a core development and innovation hub for Netsmart India. It will focus on designing and building AI-powered solutions, driving software product development, and accelerating delivery of next-generation healthcare-IT applications.

What Makes This Important

  • The Bengaluru centre acts as an extension to Netsmart’s U.S.–based R&D operations, helping to scale its engineering footprint globally.
  • It leverages local technological talent to fast-track intelligent automation, software development, design thinking and innovation in health-tech.
  • Its inauguration blended traditional ceremony with purpose driven leadership: employees and community partners joined ribbon-cutting as a symbol of new beginnings.

Lalitha JS, Managing Director of Netsmart India, put it succinctly:

At Netsmart, we’re not only leading the way in digitization and embracing the era of AI and automation, but we are also nurturing a diverse and collaborative team that will shape the future of healthcare IT,” said Lalitha JS, Managing Director of Netsmart India.
