Rajeev Mall has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Costco Wholesale’s India Global Capability Centre (GCC), marking a key leadership move as the company expands its digital and operational footprint. In this role, Mall will lead the India GCC’s digital strategy, scale its operations, and strengthen innovation and transformation efforts to support Costco’s global growth agenda. His appointment aligns with Costco’s broader push to build a robust digital-first capability hub that enhances the retailer’s global service delivery and value creation.

Mall brings extensive global leadership experience to the role, having served as Vice President of Global Business Services at Mondelēz International, where he drove digital transformation and process optimisation across service lines. Before that, he was Group CIO and President at Coca-Cola Bottlers Japan Inc., leading digital transformation and shared services integration, and Vice President of IT at The Coca-Cola Company, overseeing technology solutions for bottling operations in over 20 countries. His earlier career includes senior roles at SAP, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, Coca-Cola India, DHL Worldwide Express, and ESAB India.

Costco Wholesale, a global retail leader with warehouse club operations in multiple countries, continues to expand its global capability centres to drive innovation and support strategic business functions.
