SSF Global’s 14th Annual GCC Conclave 2025 in Hyderabad highlighted India’s growing role as a global centre for enterprise innovation and capability services. Held at the ITC Kakatiya and attended by over 100 Global Capability Centre (GCC) and Global Business Services (GBS) leaders, the two-day event focused on the theme “Building GCCs as Strategic Assets for Enterprise Growth.” The conclave opened with Telangana Governor Shri Jishnu Dev Varma unveiling two key publications aimed at redefining the GCC landscape and strategic outcomes.
Industry veterans and policymakers including Shri J A Chowdary, Shri Sanjay Kumar, and Shri M. Dana Kishore emphasised the state and nation’s commitment to nurturing talent, innovation, and policy support for GCC expansion. SSF Global founder Ravi S. Ramakrishnan spoke on GCCs as engines for growth, while global speakers underlined the importance of international collaboration.
The programme included sessions on AI adoption, scaling innovation, leadership insights and practical success stories from enterprise service functions. The event concluded with the 14th Annual GCC Excellence Awards, recognising three leaders and 15 organisations driving measurable business impact. SSF Global reiterated that GCCs are now strategic hubs for innovation, analytics, product development and emerging technologies, strengthening India’s position on the global stage.
