At the 14th Annual GCC Conclave hosted by SSF Global in Hyderabad on August 21–22, Jaideep Agarwal, India GBS Leader at Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), was honoured with the “Achiever in Global India – Highly Influential GCC and Enterprise Services Leader” award. With 25 years of leadership experience across industries, Jaideep has played a pivotal role in growing and incubating Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Global Business Services (GBS) in India.
His work has strengthened enterprise technology objectives, expanded global content operations, advanced data platforms, and driven AI-led transformation for WBD’s operations spread across more than 3,000 platforms worldwide. The award, presented by Shri M. Dana Kishore, IAS, Principal Secretary to the Governor (FAC), Telangana, was witnessed by industry leaders including Shri J A Chowdary and Rakesh Sinha, Founder & CEO of SSF Global & Quintes Global.
The post highlights how leaders like Jaideep are redefining India’s role in enterprise services, shifting perceptions from traditional support functions to strategic engines of innovation and value creation. SSF Global emphasises that such recognitions underscore India’s rise as a global epicentre for enterprise services excellence and innovation.
