Kenneth Vamshi is an accomplished enterprise operations and digital transformation leader with more than two decades of experience establishing and scaling Global Capability Centres (GCCs) into engines of enterprise growth. Most recently, as Senior Vice President at HSBC, he spearheaded Digital Finance Visualisation and Global Operations Transformation, architecting Centres of Excellence across four global hubs and leading the Hyderabad GCC with over 550 professionals, and delivering sustainable value creation through digital innovation, governance excellence, and cross-cultural leadership.
With a strong track record of translating global strategy into scalable local execution, Kenneth has consistently fostered high-performance, inclusive cultures while embedding resilient risk and compliance frameworks. His leadership has enabled enterprises to unlock efficiencies, accelerate digitisation, and strengthen long-term competitiveness.
Kenneth has embarked on an Executive Leadership Program called LATITUDe at the Indian School of Business (ISB) in collaboration with ANSR, further honing his strategic leadership, innovation, and transformation expertise.
