Capt. Raghu Raman

Capt. Raman has had a distinguished career spanning three distinct leadership environments, the military, corporate, and the government. He has experienced diverse settings - the authoritarian style of the Armed Forces; the incentive-driven approach of corporates like Mahindra, Reliance Industries, and Adani as well as the procedure-driven bureaucratic style of the government. Capt. Raman has founded and led companies, including complex global joint ventures, and was handpicked by the government as the founding CEO of the National Intelligence Grid, an Agency which was set up after the 26/11 attacks.

Capt Raman has served as a strategic advisor to national and global leaders and has a strong presence in leading publications and platforms, including TEDx and Josh. His talks & podcasts have been watched over 50 million times and are used as case studies in several leadership forums and storytelling workshops.

Capt. Raman is visiting faculty for esteemed business schools and government institutions, including the Indian School of Business, IIM, the National Defence College, and the Indian Institute of Public Administration. He is the author of the bestselling book "Everyman's War" and anchored a leadership development program for the Adani Group, structured to produce 75 CEOs in two years. Additionally, he hosted the NDTV talk show “Wisdom of Leaders”, and coaches leaders to become TEDx level speakers.
